Join other mindfulness practitioners from anywhere in the world, at any skill level, to explore struggles, successes, techniques, and other elements of mindfulness. Classes are grounded in a weekly theme (changes on Sundays) and include group discussion, meditation, and a short talk. Modeled after the traditional Sangha, the purpose is to deepen your personal practice through the receiving and giving of support from and to others. Classes are led by certified mindfulness teacher Jaime Campbell.
